Receive tax-free childcare OR claim up to 85% of fees back
Tech Bloq Learning Centre is an Ofsted registered childcare provider so there are 3 ways you may be able to receive help with childcare costs:
1) Families who receive Universal Credit may be eligible to claim back 85% of their fees back. This can be up to a maximum of £1,014.63 a month for one child, or £1,739.37 a month for two or more. This can be claimed for any children under 16 years old who you are responsible for. Click here to find out if you’re eligible
2) Tax-Free Childcare is also available to help families with childcare costs. If eligible, you can receive up to £500 every 3 months (up to £2,000 a year) to help with childcare for children aged 5-11 years. However, it is not possible to claim Tax-Free Childcare at the same time as as claiming Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit, Universal Credit or childcare vouchers. 3) Tech Bloq can also accept Childcare Vouchers (closed to new applicants in 2018).

Home Education Session Fees:
We now have 3 choices of payment plans: Yearly; Termly; Monthly
All fees are based on 40 weeks of lessons (for the 2026-2027 academic year) and will pay for each child’s space at TechBloq, irrespective of attendance.
1 session = 3 hours; teaching the subjects of English, Maths and STEAM (Science in KS3 & IGCSE)
A 10% discount for younger siblings (at the lower fee) is available.

Savings shown for yearly and termly payment options are calculated in comparison to the equivalent monthly payment total over the same period.
Please note: fees are reviewed periodically and may be updated to reflect staffing, resources and operational costs. Any changes will always be communicated to families in advance.

The annual fee option includes a discounted rate compared to termly or monthly payments and is therefore only available when paid in full prior to registration/start of the academic year. Where annual payments are not completed in advance, standard termly or monthly rates will apply.

Tuition Fees:
As with our home education sessions, there is a 10% discount for younger siblings (at the lower fee per hour) available.
Monthly fees are charged for a full month of classes and must be paid in advance, on or before the 1st of each month.
Pay as you go fees must be paid before each tuition session.
