STEAM WORKSHOPS

Spring 2 Project:

Inventors’ Lab – Assistive Robot Challenge

Hands-on tech. Real-world science. Learning that sticks.

Weekly on Wednesdays | 8:00-11:00am | 1st April – 20th May 2026

Missed the earlier sessions? No problem, students can still join from now and will be supported to settle in smoothly.

For students joining part-way, fees are calculated weekly and applied on the payment form every Thursday. You’ll only be charged for the remaining sessions.

About

What if your child could design something that makes life easier for someone else?

In this hands-on workshop, students take on a real-world challenge: design and build a custom tool, game, or device for someone with specific needs, then bring it to life using real tech like robotics, coding, 3D printing and prototyping tools.

They won’t just be “learning”… they’ll be thinking, building, testing and improving – just like real engineers and designers.

Along the way, they’ll:

  • Solve meaningful, real-life problems
  • Get creative with design and technology
  • Build and test their own ideas
  • Learn to adapt, improve, and think differently

It’s purposeful, practical, and genuinely exciting.

Sessions run weekly on Wednesdays from 8:00-11:00am and are taught in separate classrooms by experienced male and female science teachers. This structure creates a calm, focused environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, collaborating with peers and trying new things. Many families find this approach especially supportive for confidence, engagement and independence in STEAM learning.

Why choose this workshop
  • In-person, hands-on STEAM (not online or theory-only)

  • Real technology and tools students don’t usually access at home

  • Collaborative teamwork in small, focused groups

  • Learning that feels purposeful, engaging and genuinely fun

Why parents love this project

It’s meaningful, memorable, and genuinely different. Students don’t just make something, they create with intention. They leave feeling proud of what they’ve built and who they’ve helped.

Places are limited to keep groups small and hands-on.

If your child thrives when learning is active, purposeful and fun, this is not one to miss.
